Midterm results are in. The study sessions have paid off and everyone has scored over 60! Since all her conditions were met, Shioriko allows the club to stay active for now. Nobody knows why she's so harsh towards school idols.

While Shioriko's intentions remain a mystery, the club decides to keep working hard to gain her approval. Then, the Nijigasaki members receive an invitation from Honoka for a School Idol Festival Executive Committee camp.

The camp is being held in Numazu. Only a select few μ's and Nijigasaki members get to go. They all party hearty on the way. Meanwhile, Kasumi, Shizuku, and Rina decide to go out and have some fun back in Tokyo.

After Kasumi, Shizuku, and Rina enjoy their time at the aquarium and anime shop, they spot Rin, Hanayo, and Nico out in the city and decide to follow them, for some reason. Back in Uchiura, how are the festival discussions going?

Everyone has ideas for what kind of event they want the School Idol Festival to be, but this only adds to the confusion. They decide to think of a slogan first to narrow down a theme. Meanwhile, the sleuths back in Tokyo…

Nico and the others were headed to a school idol live show. Kasumi and the others realize just how much Nico, Rin, and Hanayo love school idols as they watch them cheer, and end up joining in on the fun themselves.

After the school idol live show, Nico calls it a day. However, Kasumi and the others decide to continue tailing her to find out just what she has planned afterward. They arrive at a children's center where they also find Shioriko.

The girls in Uchiura can't come up with a good slogan and realize how hard it is to run an event. That night, as they brainstorm about what they want to do, a slogan emerges: Come Together, Dream Together!
