After parting with Aqours, you return to Nijigasaki for the first time in a while and see how everyone has improved. You're very happy, but next you want to go meet μ's.

You're chosen to go interview μ's through a lottery on their fan site, so you take your excitement over to Otonokizaka High. μ's are very friendly and you're looking forward to the interviews, but who will you interview first?

Your first subjects are Honoka, Umi, and Kotori. As they start to discuss the next big show, you wonder what kind of detailed planning they'll undertake, but the reality surprises you. Confused, you visit the freshmen next.

Next you interview Rin, Maki, and Hanayo. They let you sit in on Maki composing at the piano while Rin and Hanayo cheer with maracas. You are a bit taken aback by their relaxed songwriting, but go on to the next interview.

You hear from Eli, Nozomi, and Nico last. No matter what they say, they take care of their underclassmen. Wanting to see them outside of idol activities, you watch Eli and Nozomi make good use of Nico for the student council.

After the interviews, μ's throws you a welcome party. You share how the joint performance they did with Aqours made you fall in love with school idols, and that's how you joined Nijigasaki High School's school idol club. Then suddenly Nico…

You return to Nijigasaki High School and inform everyone of their nine battles with μ's! Everyone is surprised, but they are excited that if you win, you'll get the secret idol handbook. Everyone is determined to win and get it!

The members are moved by meeting μ's, but it's time to start the battle! Up first is a gyoza eating contest between Emma and Hanayo, each adding rice or bread. Emma ekes out a win and they become friends! Now on to the next one!

The nine school idol contests! The second is Eli VS Karin in a dance off at an arcade! The scores are even, but the audience cheers louder for Eli. Karin is disappointed by the difference between her and Eli.

The third is a vocal contest between Umi and Shizuku! Shizuku's singing is amazing thanks to her practiced expressiveness, but Umi's score is higher after turning up the heat. Nijigasaki takes in the current score on the board.
