They really are amazing though, knowing this might happen and planning accordingly.

This place often hosts lots of big events anyway, so the people here are all used to that sort of thing.

They've even got a stamp rally going and little signs to draw people's attention. I'm amazed they've gone so far to help…

No matter how well you think you've prepared for an event, problems will always come from somewhere.

I think the key is to take what you learn and make the most of it for the next event.

That's true. I think getting through these sorts of problems over and over is how you can keep an event going for 10s or even 100s of years.
