We have received messages from everyone at the Ariake Town Improvement Project and the Apartment Administrators' Union saying their preparations are done too.

The preparations were over in a flash with so many people helping us.

Yeah, it wasn't just the people from the retail stores that helped, but everyone living in the apartments as well.

That means that everyone living around here really wants to create a local festival that will continue on for years to come.

Let's make sure that today marks the start of one then!

Just look at that. There's so many people who've come and gathered out here already.

I can't wait for the Opening Ceremony to start!

*Groan* I'm starting to get nervous…

Me too. But the all the venues for the Opening Ceremony are connected by relay. They're all connected to everyone in Nijigasaki.

And I'm sure everyone in μ's and Aquors will look out for us too… So let's do our best!

This Odaiba Rainbow Carnival was organized in response to the voices of the students at Odaiba's own Nijigasaki High School.

What could be more perfectly Odaiba than an event held at a place that creates so many new things, and presented by the young people who carry the future on their shoulders?

First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to everyone gathered here, and to everyone in the community who worked hard to make this event possible.

This event was born out of our desire to make even more wonderful memories here in Odaiba, this place where we all live.

While the festival's still new, the community that it has given birth to continues to grow stronger together every day.
