We had ideas popping out from left, right, and center when we looked at the photos you sent us.

I think having it a little jam-packed is just right for a festival.

It is necessary for it to be thoroughly managed and run. We must organize all of these ideas. This is also to avoid any hiccups as we go along.

What are you worried about? Getting too busy?

Perhaps our biggest problem is…staffing?

Yeah, we have to think about how many people we'll need to help out for an event of this scale. We also should research materials and construction to build the stages.

I see. It does sound like there's a limit to what we can do for those aspects.

I fully believe we cannot do this just on our own.

But Aqours has experience running an event, right?

We cannot offer our insight as we do not have experience designing and setting up this many booths.

Should we just bring more people on if we don't have enough? Some people offered their help when we went around collecting signatures, you know?

I think we would still struggle if we only gathered ten or twenty people. We also need a certain amount of expertise…

We cannot put forth our suggestions to Shioriko until we have figured this out.

I have a few connections when it comes to expert knowledge.

I got to know the managers of each club when I helped out for the school tour, so I went over to discuss the School Idol Festival with them.

Yeah, when we said we might interrupt their club activity time…

A bunch of them said they wanted to help out!

The art club said they wanted to make the signs for us, and stagehands in the theater club said they want to try setting up the stages.

Really?!

The broadcasting club, music club, and concert band said they'd help with sound and music. The cooking club and life design girls also offered to run the food stands.

Wow!
