Riko Ep. 25: My Hometown
You and Ai are guided around various spots in Numazu by Riko. As the sun sets, the time to go home draws nearer. You and Ai express a desire to come back again someday, and Riko tells you to come back whenever you want.
Ai
Ah, today was super-duper fun! We went to the shopping district and the aquarium, and I even got a peek at Uranohoshi and did some training on the stone steps!
Riko
I'm glad we got to meet up with Kanan afterward too. She was still on her shift at the diving shop though, so we could only chat with her a little bit.
Ai
There's never enough time in the day! I need at least a week's worth of time… Enough to tour Numazu for eight days and seven nights! I'd invite Ayumu and everyone else too!
Player
Maybe we could do it once summer break comes around?
Riko
I'll wait until you can come next then! When the time comes, all of us in Aqours will welcome you.
Ai
For real?! I sooo can't wait!

Ai
Ugh, nooo! I don't wanna go home! There's still so much I want to see and chat about with Riko and the other Aqours girls!
Riko
I wanted to spend more time together too, but it's time to head to the station. Otherwise, we'll be late getting home.
Player
Thank you so much for today, Riko. It was a lot of fun.
Riko
I should be thanking you. I had tons of fun going around town together.
Riko
You know, when you told me that I'm in my element here in Numazu, it made me really happy. It was something I just wasn't able to see for myself.
Riko
I feel like I've been gradually getting used to life here during my time with Aqours.
Riko
But I still felt that there's just a bit of a difference between me and everyone else. They've lived here all of their lives, and I haven't.
Riko
That's also been reflected in my songwriting.
Ai
Has it been on your mind that much?
Riko
In the past, it has. Nowadays I don't think about it so much. I think I'm at the point where it feels like I've been accepted in Numazu… Like I fit in.
Player
Of course. I could really tell how much you love Numazu when you were showing us around.
Ai
I personally just assumed you were a Numazu local right from the start.
Player
*Giggle* Totally. Probably because Riko was already living in Numazu before we met her.
Riko
You're not wrong. I guess it was all just in my own head after all. *Giggle*
Riko
Today is the day I start thinking more decisively! I feel much more energized now thanks to you two.
Ai
So you saved your very best smile for last! That's the best souvenir I could've asked for! It's a shame I can't take it home with me, though.
Riko
*Giggle* Call it a special souvenir just for you two.

I can now say with pride that Numazu is where I belong, that Numazu is MY hometown!
