Kanan Ep. 31: PR Video Production Meeting
You and Kanan discuss the production of a short film. Kanan is full of ideas, but you have a proposal of your own.

Let us start our third promotional video production meeting!
Kanan
Now then, what should we go with this time? It's so exciting, coming up with ideas like this.
Player
Let's get some ideas out quick! Is there anything you wanted to do?
Kanan
I did want to take some shots of the ocean. It's something we can boast about above all else.
Player
Well, it is a promotional video for a diving shop, so we can't leave out the sea.
Kanan
I think we should get some shots under the water too. The view from the shore is beautiful, but I want people to experience that deep blue world.
Player
Hmm…
Kanan
And I want to show the fish you'd encounter down there. I'll get some pictures. It's only a short video, though, so we can't put in too many.
Kanan
On top of that, we'll have to introduce the diving equipment, how to use it all correctly, and get across what to look out for when diving.
Player
That's all really important stuff.
Kanan
What else… Yummy food, maybe? Our first one had that, though. But there's way more yummy things to eat than just sashimi. Then we should be good!
Player
*Laugh* All right, I got it.
Kanan
That's what I have in mind but… Is it a bit too basic?
Player
Hmm… It sounds like it won't feature you much?
Kanan
Oh well, Uchiura and the shop are the real stars of this. I was thinking of making an appearance to explain the diving equipment, but I don't think the other parts need me.

I feel like other people enjoy seeing someone having fun doing something, and it makes them want to try it. Haven't you ever felt like that?
Kanan
Well, when you put it like that…I guess so.
Player
Right? The sight of you enjoying yourself would make for excellent promotional material! If you could convey how much fun diving and the sea is, then…
Player
I've got it! Before we make the short video, would you do a live stream?
Kanan
A live stream?
Player
Yes. We're going to stream you diving. We'll have them feast their eyes on you having fun!
Player
We'll shoot it on an underwater camera, then we can edit the footage and upload that as our short video.
Kanan
I see. I guess we could do it that way too. You know, you come up with ideas that never would have even entered my mind.
Player
Heheh. So, what do you say? Will we try doing it that way this time around?
Kanan
Yeah, it sounds good to me. I mean, it's my first time doing anything like this, so I'm a bit nervous… But I'm excited!
Player
All right, sounds like we've got a plan! Let's get everything ready to do the live stream!
