Hanayo says she wants to learn to like bread better and joins Kasumi for a work-study at a bakery. The two of them are assigned to think of ideas for a new kind of bread.

Wow! Look at the dough puff up!
Kasumi
Looks like it's done fermenting. Now we've just gotta knead them into balls and let them rest again.
Hanayo
The fermentation went so well because we got the temperature and rest time perfect right?
Hanayo
I had no idea that air temperature and humidity affect the way bread bakes. It's almost like the bread is…alive!
Player
I didn't know any of this stuff. This is all a great learning experience.
Hanayo
Yes. Baking bread is so neat!

Mm-mmm, it's delicious! I can't get over how tasty fresh-baked bread is!
Kasumi
I know, right?! Freshly-cooked rice is yummy and all, but nothing beats bread right out of the oven!

You said it Kasumi. It's the best!

Oh yeah! The owner said to ask you two for your ideas on a new type of bread for the bakery!
Hanayo
Huh? Ideas for a new bread?!
Player
She also said you don't have to if you don't wanna. What do you think?

Kasumi
We're not working together! We're rivals! Kasumin will produce the first brilliant idea, just watch!
