Emma Ep. 33: Mai's Practice Part 1
Mai took your suggestion and is now beginning training to reconsider what the most critical elements of photography are. First up is a chance to capture all of the energetic first years on camera!
Emma
Okay, Mai! Let's kick off our practice session. Thank you for coming, everyone!
Mai
Thank you for having me!
Kasumi
Since you took so many cute photos of me, I'll help you in any way that I can! Just say the word!
Kasumi
Hey, what did you think? Didn't I look adorable in the group photos?
Player
You sure did. Everyone here looked super cute.
Kasumi
I-I mean, yeah… Everyone did look pretty cute… But I was the cutest!
Shizuku
Anyway, what should we do today?
Shioriko
What kind of practice is this, exactly?
Emma
Allow me to explain.
Emma
I read a book that said photographs are a way of capturing a moment. So, I'd like all of you to be the subjects for Mai's photographs.
Rina
You want us to pose for photos?
Emma
No, we just need you to do whatever you want and have fun in this park.
Kasumi
Huh? You mean we get to goof off?
Mai
That's right. I'll do my best to capture the cutest moments of you all having fun together!
Rina
In that case… I want to play on the seesaw.
Kasumi
I've got dibs on the swings. That'll make me stand out the most!
Emma
Now go have fun, everyone!
Everyone
Will do!
Emma
*Giggle* Everyone's having such a good time!
Player
Ahaha.
Mai
This is perfect… These will make for great shots!
[Fade in/out.]
Emma
Mai's amazing… She's shooting from up in a tree!
Player
I can tell how seriously she takes this. But she also looks like she's having fun.
Emma
Yeah. She said she lost her confidence, but that doesn't mean she stopped loving photography.
Emma
That must've been hard on her since she loves photography so much…
Option 1: “For sure.” |
---|
Player For sure. I think so too. Emma I hope this practice session helps her get some of her confidence back. |
Option 2: “Do you think so?” |
Player Do you think so? Emma Definitely. She wouldn't be having so much fun if it weren't true. |
Emma
…But she really shouldn't be climbing that high. Hold on, I'll be right back!
Emma
Be careful, Mai! That's dangerous!
