Hanamaru #113: A New World's First Page

(Phew, finished. This book on indigenous music was very interesting. The author did a good job of explaining things, so maybe I should actually buy it at a bookstore.)
Player
(There should be other books by this author on the same shelf. I'll check them out!)
Player
Ah, the shelf was around here, I think? Huh?
[Fade in/out.]
Hanamaru
Hm? Oh, hi there. So you're in the library, too?
Player
Oh, you were here, too, Hanamaru?
Hanamaru
It's nice out today, so I decided to read in the library, zura. It's been a while. Been mostly reading at home lately.
Player
You go out to the library when the weather's good, huh. Well, that does sound like you. And I'm here, too, so.
Player
Come to think of it, what kinds of books do you normally read, Hanamaru? You said you liked coming of age stories, right?
Hanamaru
Yeah, I love those! But I read pretty widely. I like novels and mysteries and adventure stories. I guess I read lots of Japanese literature.
Hanamaru
I'll read essays and all kinds of guides, and I'll take up books with eye-catching titles.
Hanamaru
I get excited whenever I pick up a book I don't know. Like, I wonder what kind of world is inside it.
Player
I get pretty excited when I first open a book, too. Say, Hanamaru, do you read any books about music?
Hanamaru
About music? Come to think of it, not really, zura. I've read a few biographies, though.
Hanamaru
Maybe I should build up my knowledge on that, since I'm a school idol and all.
Player
Hmm. Well, how about this book, Hanamaru? Ever read this one?
Hanamaru
A book about indigenous music? I've never seen this one, zura. Were you reading it just now?
Player
Yeah, it's all about traditional music from around the world, and the author's explanations are really interesting. It speeds you right through it.
Hanamaru
It was that good? I want to give it a try, zura!
Player
Then give it a read! I know you'll really enjoy it, Hanamaru.
Hanamaru
I can take this? Thanks! I can't wait to see what world's waiting inside it, zura!
