School idols… Yeah, we are. I say I'm writing a song, but I've done nothing yet. I've just been staring at the piano keys and thinking back to what I saw on that stage.

Just thinking back to the fervor in the auditorium makes my heart squeeze, but I figured I'd have to ask how you and the others feel before I can write a song.

I wanted to do something about my excitement, restlessness, and jitters by channeling them into a song. I can't seem to get it all out of my system, though.

My heart was stolen in an instant by the μ's and Aqours joint live show we saw together, and then I immediately went to see if Nijigasaki also had any school idols.

The first school idol we met was Kasumi, remember?

That's how we were able to bring the School Idol Festival to life.

Not just with running it, but the School Idol Club even came close to being abolished.

We became friends with Shioriko, and Lanzhu and Mia joined the School Idol Club too.

I spoke with a lot of different people at the school auditions about how much they love you guys and how you all give them strength.

That got me thinking again about just how much joy you and the others give everyone.

And about how we could tell all you school idols that we fans are having the time of our lives, and that we want to see more.

I'm sure the cheers from the audience reach us more than you're imagining.

I think the very reason we're able to sparkle on stage is that our fans show us their sparkling smiles.
