Our next segment is the School Idol Presentation Contest!

A presentation contest? What's that, zura?

We want everyone to tell us about their favorite school idols or their songs and gush about what they love about them!

So we're sharing what we love with everyone!

I'm totally gonna kick everyone's butts here. No one can top me when it comes to talking about school idols.

It's not like I'm here to lose when it comes to school idols!

I'm pretty confident myself!

Then who will we have go first? Hmm. How about you, Nico?

Then let's start with Emma.

Sure! I'm gonna talk about Rin Hoshizora from μ's! She's always so bouncy and full of energy. Just the sight of her brings a smile to my face.

Yup, yup! I totally know what you mean!

Seeing Rin bounce around the place kinda reminds me of little Neve, a baby goat I used to have back in my home country of Switzerland.

Uh, wha…?

She just makes me wanna give her a great, big hug!

Huh? I-I mean, I totally understand you wanting to hug her… But you can't just spring a hug out of nowhere, you know?

*Giggle* I'll make sure I give her a heads up when I want to hug her.

Rin's physical prowess is extraordinary. Is that something she was just born with?

Yeah! Her dance skills are amazing!

Dancing is all about rhythm and balance. In other words, it's about strengthening your core.

Rin was always good at sports, but she's also reaping the rewards of practicing every day.

Your core, huh? I'm gonna try focusing more on that from now on.

Am I right to assume that everyone's on the Rin train?

Well, Rin IS amazing, after all.

*Laugh* You must really love Rin, Hanayo. Okay, who's gonna step up to the plate next?

May I? While I could go on and on about all of the different school idols I love, μ's and Aqours are above the rest for me!

Hold up now! You don't have to force yourself to name us just because we're here, you know?

No, I honestly believe this! I already knew from the very beginning that you were both incredible.

But I've learned so much after working together with you all for the School Idol Festival.

Your singing and dancing are exceptional, that goes without saying. But it's also how you practice, and how you approach school idolism. The list goes on.

I still can't believe that I get to share the stage with all of you right now. That's how honored I am.

I'm going to put my mind into reaching and surpassing your heights in my future endeavors!

Y-You were surprisingly serious about all of that.

And it was an honor!

Aww, hearing you say such nice things is making me feel all embarrassed, zura. We haven't done anything to deserve all of that!

Yeah, I don't think we're impressive enough for you to aspire to… But having you say such great things about us makes me really happy!

Right then, Ruby! You're up next!

Okay. My favorite school idol is my sister, Dia. She's smart, beautiful, and responsible. I wanna be just like her.

This sounds less like school idols, and more like you're bragging about your sister.

Oh, and aside from everyone in Aqours, I love Saint Snow!

Saint Snow! Sarah and Leah's dance performances sure are mind-blowing, zura!

Uh-huh! Leah really has cat-like reflexes!

Oh! And this has nothing to do with school idols, but their home also doubles as a Japanese sweets café and they know all the best foods in Hokkaido, zura!

There's a Japanese sweets food stall out there, right? We actually consulted with them about the menu for it!

Sounds like you guys get along really well.

I talk on the phone with Sarah pretty often. But if you're looking for really good friends, then Ruby and Leah are two peas in a pod.

*Giggle* Leah and I've talked about a bunch of things. I make lots of discoveries and am always inspired when I talk to her.

That's why I'm aiming to do my very best, so Leah doesn't laugh at me.

It's nice to have a friend who you can learn from. You can push each other to greater heights.

And now, for the star of the show, Nico!

The most influential group for me has to be A-RISE. The quality of their songs and dances are phenomenal, and they're light-years ahead of other groups.

I still can't forget how taken aback I was when I first saw them. It amazed me that school idols like them actually existed.

But if you want me to talk about my favorite school idols, then it obviously has to be μ's.

That's a no-brainer because they're the group who made me into a school idol.

Which is why I gotta take them to bigger and better places to repay the favor!

Ooh! I suppose your own group does hold a special place in your heart.

What about you, Chika?

Me? Well…

Um, Chika? Is there some reason you're staring at me and Nico like that?
