It's no problem for me as I've grown used to it. Listen to your body and try not to push yourself too hard, all right?

Thanks. I think I've put on some muscle on my legs and arms since we started practicing.

Wonderful. We have been doing bowling visualization exercises as well, so I have a feeling I'll be a bit better at it next time.
