You arrive at the handicrafts store with Kotori and Ruby and wander around inside. As they browse all of the items on sale, they discuss the costumes they're making.

Look, look! Kotori! It's the latest sewing machine! So cool!

It's got so many decorative stitching options! I'm sure they'd look adorable sewn onto plain-looking fabrics.

And it has lots of support functions. It looks pretty user-friendly, even for amateurs.

Wooow! This fabric feels SO silky! I wonder if I could incorporate it into the costumes somehow.
Ruby
What kind of theme do you have in mind for the costumes right now, Kotori?
Kotori
The sky. It's vast, beautiful, a little temperamental, and constantly watches over everyone during both happy and sad times. That's the kind of costume I want to make.

Kotori
I'm thinking of coming up with three different types—morning, noon, and night.
Ruby
It might be fun to throw in some weather elements too.
Kotori
That could work! The sun, rain, clouds, and twinkling stars at night!

This ribbon might suit the fifth design. And this lace might look good on the second one… Awww, I can't choose!

You mentioned having a few different designs, right? Do you mind telling me about them?

Wow, they all look beautiful! Is this the one you said would look good with that ribbon?
Ruby
Yeah. I figured I could use it for the collar and waist sections, and also as hair accessories.
Kotori
I think that'd look adorable! I'm sure it would suit the costume perfectly. Oh, but if you're going to do that, maybe the front of the collar should look more like this…
