Thanks to the Rina-chan Board, Rina can connect with the people around her. She says she wants to connect with even more people.

Rina
I'm okay, don't worry about it. Rina-chan Board says, “Do your best!” *Giggle* See ya!

Oh, hey.

| Player Was that your friend? It seemed like you were helping her. Rina She's from a different class, but she returned the dictionary I let her borrow. She has some work in her next class so I told her to do her best. |

Oh, you made a friend from another class.
Rina
Yeah, it was thanks to my board. Before my board, I could barely even talk to my own classmates, let alone someone in another class.
Rina
But now people find me and my board interesting so they talk to me. Sometimes I can't express myself well, but I'm having fun every day.
Player
You like talking to people, don't you?
Rina
Yeah. Your world expands by talking to other people. You get to find out new things, discover new emotions, and all sorts of stuff.
Rina
Facial expressions sure are important. With my board, I feel like I get so much closer to other people. It's like a wall between us comes down.
Rina
I know it might be strange to think there's no wall between us even though I hide my face, but…
Player
That's not true. Everyone has a different way of feeling things. Besides, even if you hide your face, you can't hide your heart.
Rina
My heart?
Player
Yeah, like how you feel in the moment. That's what your Rina-chan Board is for.
Player
It lets you express your feelings directly to other people's hearts. That's just what I think, though.
Rina
Straight to people's hearts. Right, I'm actually expressing myself…
Rina
I want to tell so many more people how I feel. I want to connect with them, heart to heart.
Rina
I want our hearts to connect so we can explore new worlds together.

It's still hard for me to talk to people, though. When I try to talk to a lot of people, like in my class, I get all confused and stumble over my words.
