Is there anywhere nearby we can go for a real adventure? Like maybe a sleeping forest that's home to ruins inscribed with mysterious glyphs or a cave into the eternal depths?

I think that might be a little too far into the realm of fantasy.

If you're all right with ruins from the Paleolithic era or the Kofun period and the like, I think Numazu City has a few scattered around, zura.

Whoa. I guess Numazu is a town with a lot of history. But, if possible, I'd like to go somewhere a little more secluded. Even if it's not on the level you were talking about.

Hmmm, secluded… Is there any place around here like that?

How about we go outside to take a look around? Going for a walk will be a nice change of pace, and we can look for somewhere to have a good adventure while we're at it.

The deep blue sea, lush mountains, ships peeking over the horizon, houses nestled among the trees. People and nature living in harmony. What a splendid sight indeed!

I'm so happy that you feel that way about my home, zura.

The water's surface shines just as brightly as any jewel and even catches my eye as easily. Perhaps some jewels await us at the bottom of the sea!

They must be beautiful gems of the same blue as the ocean, zura. They belong to the god of the sea, and at night they absorb the moonlight to glow white.

Wow! That's a lovely image! The jewels of the sea god? That would be wonderful if it were true.

You never know, it could be true! Just look at how brightly the sea shimmers and shines! We should go search for them.

We can get down to the beach from over there, zura.

If you keep walking up this hill, it will take you right to our school.

Getting to the top of it is pretty hard, but the view is fantastic. I see it everyday, but I never get tired of it, zura.

A place of learning overlooking the sea, where the songstresses bearing the name of water attend. If I think about it like that, even this hilly road becomes magical.

Walking by your side, Shizuku, somehow makes the things I see every day into something brand new.

Me too. I've been to Numazu so many times, but the way you describe it acts as a kind of filter to give it a completely different feeling from usual. This is so exciting.

Nothing, it's just that usually we only get this worked up while walking around somewhere new. This feels like we're on an adventure.
