You meet Ai's friend Misato, who she loves like a sister. Her request for you to support Ai gives you motivation. Meanwhile, Ai is happy to learn about the Ai Pals group. What exactly is Ai Pals?

A group of people actually got together to support me!
Player
Say what?! That's amazing!
Ai
I know, right?! Misato was the one who first told me about it. They started it on social media, and they've gotten tons of new members through word of mouth.
Player
That's really neat, Ai!
Ai
Yeah! *Giggle* I was so flattered, I joined the club myself.

I love the name Ai Pals. It has a nice ring to it. Just think, that name only even exists because so many people out there love you.

They said they're going to my next event! Misato wants to come too, so I'd better make it a huge blowout bash.
Player
I know how you feel. It'd be great to wow Misato and all the Ai Pals.
Ai
I wanna plan a great big surprise. Any ideas?
Player

Oh, I have an idea, but it's not exactly a surprise.
Player
Huh?
Ai
I've been trying to put how I feel into words, and basically, what I wanna get across most is how grateful I am to the people who made that fan club.
Player
In other words, you wanna say thank you.
Ai
Of course, it's gotta be in a way that's fun and Ai-like, you know? Something that screams, “Thank you for supporting me!” So, what should I do?
Player
I'd think if you have something you wanna say…you need a song.
Ai
Uhh, sure, I guess? Yeah, it should be a song.
Player
Then I say you write the lyrics, Ai.
Ai
Do what?! I've never written lyrics before!
Player
All the more reason to try and rise to the challenge! Just write down exactly how you feel about your fans, and I'm sure it'll turn out great.
Ai
Don't get me wrong, I think it's a good idea. I just don't know if I can do it. Hmm…
Ai
Bah, no point in overthinking things! I'll do it! But you've gotta be right by side the whole time, okay? As long as you're with me, I know I can give it my best!
Player
Of course I will! I'll even stay late after practice as many times as you need me to.
Ai
S-Stay late?! Forget that, I don't want us to be here all night! I'll work crazy hard, I swear!
