The reason for Ai leaving early was to accompany Misato for her admission to the hospital for tests. You and Ai come back to visit Misato another day after that. What happens on the way home?

Not at all. I should be thanking you for bringing me along with you. I hope Misato didn't feel constrained with me there?
Ai
She totally wasn't! If anything, she was happy you were there! Didn't you see that huge smile on her face that whole time?

Still, you don't normally remember the average visitor. The old lady in the bed next to Misato said so herself. She said you're kind and light up the room when you visit.

It's not like I've done anything to deserve those nice compliments though. All I do is talk, talk, talk. Maybe she's mistaking me for someone else?

Nope, definitely you. The person in the bed across from Misato also said it becomes more lively when you're around.
Player
They said they totally forget that they've been hospitalized and that they're actually in a hospital room because it's so much fun when they chat with you.
Player
I'm sure the other patients feel the same way. It's the same when you're out around town. A bunch of different people approach you, right?
Ai
W-Well, I mean, yeah…
Player
That's not just something anyone can do. I really think everyone around you breaks out into smiles because of your presence.
Ai
Man, my stocks are going through the roof right now with all of your compliments, but seriously, I'm not doing anything special.
Player
And that's what makes you so amazing. You just naturally bring happiness to everyone. It's a really powerful skill to be able to create a fun atmosphere.
