Recovering an Account

Recovery Form

Enter your mail address, and you will immediately receive a link to the question form. The form is valid for 24 hours, fill out as many answers you can. If they were enough to confirm you are indeed the account owner, you will receive a mail from support, asking you to create a new SIF ID so they can link the recovered account to it. (See below for an example/translation from JP.)

In case you ever need to recover your account, these are the questions that you will be asked - so if you want, you can prepare for the worst case by writing down your answers for these ahead of time. Bolded questions are required, the others are optional.

  • Friend ID
  • Player name (the one used for friends) and nickname (the one used in the story)
  • Current rank
  • Date of registration and last login
  • List of all devices you ever logged in from
    • Which of these devices you used for registration
    • Which of these devices you last logged in from
  • Birth month/year you set for purchasing items
  • Screenshots of receipts of your first and latest in-app purchase
  • Information about your first and latest in-app purchase (date, price, product, quantity)
  • Whether you have a birthday set on your profile, and if yes, what it is
  • What idol you selected when registering
  • How many loveca stars you have right now (estimate, between X and Y)
  • Your current home screen partner
  • Your main story progress (chapter and episode)
  • Any Show Formation names you remember (at least two)
  • Whether you have redeemed any serial codes, and if yes, which serial code (the actual code, not which campaign is from)
  • How many Skip Tickets, 50LP Live Candy, 100LP Live Candy, AP Tickets and Radiance you have right now (exact number)

Confirmation Mail

This is an example of a “recovery confirmed” mail received from JP Support, with a translation on the right. If you get a mail like this - congratulations, your account is saved! All that's left to do is to let Support know your new SIFID.
