Recovering An Account

Note: This guide was originally made to document the process of recovering your account with contact to Klab support. As Bushimo is now the publisher/producer of SIFAS, the process has changed. The following information is not based off anyone's actual experience going through the new process. If you have lost your account and recovered it through Bushimo's process, please update this guide with what you had to do after sending off the initial request!

Sending A Request

GL Recovery Request: https://lovelive-as-global.com/contact/

Click the Data Recovery Request button and you will be given a mail form to fill out.

JP Recovery Request: https://lovelive-as.bushimo.jp/contact/

Fill in the form to send your recovery request to support. Bold questions are required. You will receive the form via mail to the address you've specified once support gets to your request. From top to bottom:

  • Your mail address
  • Repeat your mail address
  • Your name
  • In-game player name (the one used for friends)
  • Friend ID
  • The app version you're running (check title screen)
  • The OS you're running
  • The version of your OS (check your Phone settings)
  • The name of your phone's model
  • Topic of your request (select データ引き継ぎ - Data Transfer)
  • Your request (required, so you need to put at least some text, like “データ復旧申請です。” - “This is a data recovery request.”)
  • Accept the privacy policy by ticking the checkbox

Questions to Answer

In case you ever need to recover your account, these are the questions that you might be asked (at least on the GL form) - so if you want, you can prepare for the worst case by writing down your answers for these ahead of time.

  • Friend ID
  • Player name (the one used for friends) and nickname (the one used in the story)
  • Current rank
  • Date of registration and last login
  • Whether you have made any in-app purchases, and if yes, screenshots of your purchase history or receipts
  • Information about your first and latest in-app purchase (date, price, product, quantity)
  • Whether you have a birthday set on your profile, and if yes, what it is
  • What idol you selected when registering
  • How many loveca stars you have right now (can also be an estimate)
  • Your current home screen partner
  • Your main story progress (chapter and episode)
  • How many Skip Tickets, 50LP Live Candy, 100LP Live Candy, AP Tickets and Radiance you have right now

Some additional questions that used to be part of the form - they might still be asked of you if it's not certain you are the owner of the account:

  • A list of all devices you ever logged in from
    • Which of these devices you used for registration
    • Which of these devices you last logged in from
  • Birth month/year you set for purchasing items
  • Any Show Formation names you remember (at least two)
  • Whether you have redeemed any serial codes, and if yes, the serial code itself
