Maki
You mean the recital Riko and I just had?
Player
You were both on the same piano, right? I can't believe I missed such a rare performance.
Maki
You couldn't help that you had plans that day.

*Whine* I wish I'd never made those plans in the first place!
Maki
Don't be such a baby. Did you really want to see it that bad?
Player
Oh! Maki, wait!

Come on. I'll play the same song for you.

The way the tempo varied so much was so like you… It was beautiful.
Maki
*Chuckle* I know, right? But it didn't sound like this on the day of the recital, you know.
Player
Yeah, you two were playing piano four-hands. How did that come about in the first place?
Maki
Riko invited me. She said she wanted to perform with me.
Maki
It was a surprise, but a really pleasant one. I'd actually been wanting to perform with her too.
Player
You wanted to play the piano with Riko?
Maki
I sure did. I've listened to all of Aqours' songs so many times over and over again. I really love them.
Player
I had no idea!

Maki
It's like she has this radiance that I don't have.
Player
So that's how you feel about her… Well, if you ask me, you shine just as brightly as Riko does.
Maki
Wha?! We aren't talking about me, though! We're talking about Riko's radiance!
Player
Still, you are always shining bright.
Maki
