Okay, then let's dive in. We can't practice outside thanks to the snow, but we can have a great workout indoors.

You were running so fast on the treadmill. Do you normally push yourself that hard on long training runs?
Kanan
No, I usually pace myself better. I was just having so much fun on the treadmill that I couldn't help sprinting.
Karin
That makes sense. I have to say, your stamina is incredible if you can do such long runs.
Kanan
You're the incredible one. You were pushing yourself pretty hard too, you know.
Karin
If anything, I think my goal is more about staying in shape rather than building stamina.

But watching you work out gave me motivation. Stamina is important for good live show performances too.
