Sorry, my bad. I can get carried away and go too fast when I swim.

Swimming in the sea's pretty tough, huh? All the waves and tidal currents make it nothing like swimming in a pool.

It's also scary not being able to touch the bottom.

I know, right? That spooked me a bit too when I was little.

I find it scary even now, though.

That's not a bad thing. There are plenty of fun things about the sea, but also plenty of dangerous things as well.

It's really important to make sure you only do what feels right for you and to not push yourself into doing something you can't.

Then, I'll continue to find that aspect of the sea scary.

That's for the best.

This bit here is pretty shallow, and the waves are nice and gentle.

But the thing to remember is that this can completely change if the sea decides to get all cranky on us. All we can do is adjust to it.
