Th-This type of large-grain rice here! It's so rare that people call it Illusory Rice.

Illusory Rice? There are so many kinds of rice out there I still know nothing about.

This rice is low in amylose. I'd love to try making rice balls out of it. Oh! They have rice with thick, nutritious bran, too.

They're even selling some newly-developed mochi rice!

I made some mochi for the New Year's season, but I bet it would be fun to eat and compare it to mochi made with this rice.
