What do I want to challenge myself to do as a school idol? That's a tough one, zura.

Do something other than sing and dance, I guess?

But singing is what school idols do, so…

Oh, I know! I want more people to know about the fun of reading. I want to sing a song about literature, zura!

Putting the charm of literature into lyrics and dancing would get the point across more than just words, I think.

I've been recommending my favorite books as part of the library committee, but I don't think I'm reaching too many people.

Books take a lot more time to get through than pictures or video, so they might be a little hard to pick up, but…

I want people to at least pick them up. The history of literature of the history of humankind. The more you read, the more educated you should become!

I really think reading will enrich your life.

And isn't that something reading has in common with school idols? Like how the feelings we put in our songs seep into the listeners' hearts.
