It's been ages since I've done radio calisthenics. This is kind of nostalgic for me.
Emma
Really? Well, let's spend the day moving our bodies and refreshing ourselves.

Next, we'll stand with our feet shoulder-width apart and do some back stretches…

Phew, I feel completely refreshed now.

It feels so good getting your body moving in the morning. It clears your head and makes you ready to give the day your all.

Another nostalgic thing about this is collecting the stamps you get for participating.

Emma
Yeah. I really enjoyed it the first time I tried it, so I've been going every day for the last two weeks now.
Player

Emma

*Giggle* I've been wishing I could meet up with you every day this summer vacation.

I'm thinking of making some sandwiches for breakfast. We could eat them together.
