Yeah, that! They're rescreening an old movie. It's apparently one my mom watched back in her day.

Really? Have you seen that movie before?

No, but I am actually kinda interested in it. I heard it was really good.

Then let's go watch it right now! We don't have to worry about the time today, after all!

Ooh, I like that idea! Let's go then! Off to the movie theater on the top floor!

That was SOOOOOO good!

Totally. What an amazing movie. The online summaries framed it as a coming-of-age story about the youth in a small, mountain town discovering how to live with their friends.

But it was actually an action, no wait, a comedy? Or maybe a romance movie? About two schools fighting for supremacy over the town.

It's been so long since I last saw a movie as good as that! The feelings of excitement, exhilaration, and the sweat of my tensed-up fists… Just like performing a live show!

You were THAT excited?! I-I guess it was a pretty action-packed movie. There was the car chase down the mountain roads and that sandwich speed-eating contest at the café…

Especially the fight scene by the river between the protagonist and their rival! I was on the edge of my seat! They both had something to fight for and wouldn't back down.

But then they both acknowledged each other's abilities and feelings before joining forces to take down the evil secret society. That really hit me hard as well.

The clashing of fists! That's one way to understand one another, huh? I feel like they trusted each other more than anybody else after that big fight.

Maybe you're right. I think beating each other to a pulp is a little too extreme, but that wholehearted devotion is bound to create a strong bond.

…Chika?Why are you looking at me with such a sparkle in your eyes? What's with those clenched fists of yours?!
