I went through the same thing. Thinking I had to step up my game and work harder than anyone just 'cause I was the leader.

Normally, I could just talk it out with everyone and I'd feel better, but sometimes I'd just be stuck worrying by myself. My thoughts would spiral and nothing would get done.

But when I looked out at the sunset over the ocean, it was like all that discord in my heart was cleared away. Like the waves took it with them.

Oh, and you know what?! The ocean is beautiful at night too!
