Wow, they all sound so good! I'm gonna have to look up how you're supposed to eat ehomaki rolls later.

Now that you mention it, they're a uniquely Japanese custom, so it makes sense you've never heard of them.

It's basically a thick sushi roll that you eat while facing your lucky direction during Setsubun.

Wow. Setsubun is such an interesting festival. We don't have anything like it in China during this time of year. It's a new concept for me.

Guess that's down to cultural differences, eh?
