This is part of my practice for the swim team as well. I'm training up my high-diving skills!

That's right! There's ground training for high diving as well. We've got weight training, stretches, mat exercises, and we even use trampolines like I'm doing now.

I can keep on doing this because it's so fun. Oof. I'm back on solid ground! I thought I'd be able to reach the ceiling, but I guess it really is pretty tough.

Glad to have you back here! Phew. I don't remember trampolining being so stressful on my poor heart.
