Shizuku Ep. 4: Prepping for a Tournament
When you return to the clubroom to pick up a forgotten item, you find Shizuku wriggling in a strange fashion. What's happening to her?!

(Where did I leave my lyric notes and the club log? Maybe I left them in the club room yesterday. I should look there.)
[Fade in/out.]
Player
Wha… Shizuku?!
Shizuku
Hello. Is something the matter?
Player
I'm looking for something. What are you doing though? You're just kind of wafting around.
Shizuku
I learned this directly from Karin. It's her trademark space power transmission absorption exercise!
Player
What the… Did Karin tell you that?
Shizuku
Yes! You shake the extra power out of your body and use your hands and feet as antennae that absorb space power. Then, you can move your body the way you want!
Player
Shizuku, I think someone's playing a joke on you…

Let's see, where are my notes? Here they are! I knew I left them in here.
Shizuku
*Siiigh*
Player
Shizuku, cheer up. I'm sure Karin wasn't trying to be mean. I think…
Shizuku
I thought it was for real. Karin told me she'd been doing it every day since she was a little girl.
Player
She's pretty convincing, huh? Anyways, why did she even tell you about this space exercise thing?
Shizuku
Ummm… There's a ball sports tournament coming up, right? I'm participating in the volleyball event, but I'm not confident in my ability.
Shizuku
I talked to Karin about it and she showed me this exercise.

| Player Oh, I see. You're not good at ball sports, are you? Shizuku Precisely. I just couldn't get better practicing any other way. Even still, I couldn't bring myself to drop out of the tournament. |

I'm not trying to become pro, but I would at least like to not be a burden on my classmates.
Player
I see. Okay. I'll help you out then. Let's practice together!
Shizuku
Are you sure?
Player
Yeah. I'm not the best, but I want you to have fun in the tournament.
Shizuku
Thank you! I'm looking forward to it!
[Fade in/out.]
Player
I'll hit it first, so you hit the ball back.
Shizuku
Okay!
Player
All right… Ya!
Shizuku
Whoa… Eeek!
[Fade in/out.]
Player
Oof, are you okay?!
Shizuku
I-I'm fine…
Player
That blow to your face was so on the mark it was almost satisfying. Can you stand up? You don't look hurt, but do you want to go to the nurse?
Shizuku
No! I'm fine! Let's do it again!
Player
O-Okay. You're more passionate about this than I thought.
