The pianist in the concert is actually Riko's old teacher! Riko is reminiscing about the past, but there seems to be something else on her mind.

They play overseas as well as in country.

Actually… It's my old teacher.
Player
Wait, seriously?! The one that encouraged you to do recitals?
Riko
The one and the same. We're going to talk a little after the concert.
Player
That's cool. What's your teacher like?
Riko
The lessons were always strict. She'd know right away if I was being lazy with my practice.

She was so sad when I decided to leave Tokyo, but we still message each other and stuff.
Player
Does she know that you're a school idol now?
Riko
Yeah, I…told her about it. She said she watches every new music video we put out.
Riko
She tells her piano students and other pianists she knows about me.
Player
Whoa! She really follows her old student, huh?
Riko
Mmm… Yeah. I'm glad, but when she sends me her thoughts on the songs or videos, it's a little embarrassing. Actually, unbearably so.
Riko
It's more embarrassing from someone like a former teacher than other people.
Player
There's nothing to be embarrassed about. Thanks to her, Aqours is getting more popular, even in Tokyo!
Riko
R-Right.
Player
So that's your teacher. Are you going to talk to her a lot?
Riko
Yes. There's so much I want to tell her. All about my life in Uchiura, school, and piano.
Riko
We'll talk about Aqours, too, and maybe I can get some advice on what to do from here.
Player
What to do from here? Are you guys going to be talking about some serious stuff?
Riko
What? Not really. I just want to ask her opinion on some topics.

It's time for the concert to start. She really is great. It's quiet as a calm sea, but waves of passion swell up sometimes.
