Before we volunteer, how about we actually go meet some animals? I think it'd be a good idea to get used to being around them, not just read about them.

At the zoo. It has a petting area, right? Where you can hold rabbits and guinea pigs and such.

I want to take my time looking around all day, so maybe next weekend?
