Kasumi Ep. 35: I Won't Give Up!
After losing in the contest to be a local Hometown Idol in the first round, Kasumi learns that she still has one more chance at another competition in the festival. So, she decides to take on the challenge!
Kasumi
Waaaaaah!
Kasumi
Why is this happening to me…
Kasumi
The flower-arranging contest, the woodworking skills final, the unicycling challenge… How did I lose them all?
Kasumi
Preeez! Waaahhh!
Player
C-Calm down, Kasumi. You've still got a chance.
Kasumi
Huh?
Player
See, it looks like there's a traffic rules quiz starting over there.
Kasumi
A traffic rules quiz…
Player
Yeah. You studied up on them with Shioriko, right?
Kasumi
Oh!
[Fade in/out.]
Kasumi
I did iiit! Did you see me, Prez?! I won. I conquered the quiz!
Kasumi
I'm a Hometown Idoool!
Player
Congratulations, Kasumi!
Player
Your reaction speed on that last question was unbelievable! I couldn't even tell when you'd pressed the button.
Kasumi
*Giggle* I guess the Super Big Side-Step Stamina Test really did help. It built up my agility!
Kasumi
And I've memorized eeeverything that Shioko's taught me.
Player
Yeah. And you didn't trip up on the trick questions either.
Kasumi
Shioko was so picky…
Kasumi
Just kidding, she very patiently taught me everything!
Kasumi
And above all else, it seems I was somehow destined to be a Hometown Idol…
Kasumi
The people here absolutely need a school idol like me to help this town become much more famous!
Kasumi
Speaking of which, I think I'll go introduce myself to the other Hometown Idols.
Option 1: “That's a good idea.” |
---|
Player That's a good idea. I mean, you'll be working together from now on. Kasumi Right. We'll have to team up to help this town! |
Option 2: “They're your fellow Hometown Idols now.” |
Player Yeah. They're your fellow Hometown Idols now, after all. Kasumi I have more experience as an idol, so I'll bring them all together! |
Player
Congratulations again, Kasumi! Go do your best as a Hometown Idol!
Kasumi
I've got this!
Kasumi
I'm Kasumi Nakasu, master of flower-arranging, woodworking, unicycling, and most of all, Japan's cutest school idol! I'm gonna give this town new life!
