Kanan Ep. 8: Movie-Making Mayhem!
You have all decided to create a solo live show video for Kanan, but you can't have a performance without any songs.

Kanan, I have looked at the promotional portion of the video and there is a part that I believe would benefit from a little change in phrasing.
Kanan
Really? Which part?
Dia
This part here. Perhaps it would be better if the wording were a little more specific.
Kanan
Uh-huh, uh-huh.
Player
We'll be filming the live show on the school rooftop, so I hope it doesn't rain. I think the forecast said it would be cloudy with sunny patches.
Mari
Since we're going through all this trouble, it would've been nice to film somewhere more representative of Awashima. Like Awashima Shrine or something!
Kanan
That shrine is way too small.
Player
I wanna film somewhere that feels more like Awashima, too. I just know we'd be able to get some good shots! I mean, you can't ignore that seaside view!
Dia
While I also feel the same way, Kanan is right in saying that Awashima Shrine is too small, and the waterfront would not provide steady enough ground.
Dia
Taking that into consideration, the rooftop gives us perfectly solid footing and the unobstructed view of the blue sky will make for an amazing open view.
Kanan
That's right. Besides, we'll be putting a bunch of still images into the video to show off all the great aspects of Awashima too. It'll be fine!

*Chuckle* You're right. We can't do anything without music. Let's leave the promotional dialog for later and write the music first.
Kanan
Hahaha, I guess you're right. But man, it's been ages since I've written a song. I don't even know if I can write anything good anymore.
Mari
Don't worry! No problem at all! You can do it. There's no way you'd forget those fulfilling days!

Kanan
Hm? Yeah, I guess.

You always used to wrack your brain so hard over what sort of song to write for each live show back then. Those were the days…

Yup! We've got the song, the costumes, and the dance finished up, so all that's left is to pray I don't blow it when the cameras are rolling!
