Kanan's family diving shop is busy as usual. Seeing Kanan so happy fills you with joy too. Then, a question pops into your head.

I think I'll go to Kanan's again today. Her place was packed with customers the other day, so she might have something I could help her out with again today.

Hm? Oh, it's you! Welcome to the shop.
Player
H-Hey. Sorry, is now a bad time?
Kanan
No, it's fine. Come on in.

Player
Thanks. How have you been holding up with the customers?
Kanan
We had another big influx. It wasn't nearly as bad as the day I had you help out, but it's definitely like, two or three times more than we had up until last year.
Kanan
You know, I don't think I've ever been this busy! Even my family's in disbelief. I guess we should all be hailing the power of a promo video now, huh?

In the beginning, I wanted to laugh it off as one of Mari's crazy ideas or a silly TV gag of some kind, but now I'm really glad I went through with it.
Player
Yeah. I'm really glad I got to make the video with you too. It gave me the chance to see you this happy.

As much as I love seeing you being all laid-back, I especially love seeing you when you've got that sparkle of excitement in your eye.
Kanan
You love that, huh? What else do you love? Do you love meee?
Player
Oh, yes! I love you so much! Now come, leap into my arms and give me one of your trademark Kanan hugs!
Kanan
Yeah, enough with the wisecracks, you dork!

I've been wondering, are you planning on running this place when you graduate?
Kanan
Huh?
Player
Well, it's a family business, right? And in family businesses, the kids tend to take over when they're old enough so the business can keep going.
Player
Your family's running the place right now, so I figured that you would be the one to take it over in the future.
Kanan
Hmm, I mean… Yeah, I guess…
Player
You haven't made up your mind yet, huh?
Kanan
Nope. I've been helping here since I was little, and I'd like it to succeed far into the future. And I definitely want to do what I can to make sure that happens.
Kanan
But right now, I haven't even thought specifically about what I should do. I mean, I have Aqours to consider too.
Player
Huh… Y'know, I'm kinda surprised. I thought you would've had a whole plan worked out already.
Kanan
Haha, please. You're seriously overestimating me. I'm not THAT meticulous.
Kanan
But yeah… It's definitely something I'm gonna have to think about sometime.
