It looks like our chat the other day about solo activities has piqued her interest.

Ohhh, that explains it.

A solo-focused live show, huh? Come to think of it, we've never performed solo before.

You're right. We haven't really seen the need to have one either.

It's been a given for us to perform as a group of nine. That's how it's always been, and I don't think that'll change.

But you never know what might happen. One day you might suddenly be told to sing solo, right?

That's why I want to experience what it's like to sing on my own just in case that ever happens!

I see. You'd probably panic and not be able to perform to the best of your ability if you're suddenly asked to do something you've never done before.

We practice pretty hard before we unveil new dances at our live shows. Performing something without rehearsing is a scary prospect.

I agree. And I think doing something you've never done before is the perfect way to widen your horizons.

Aqours is a single group made up of nine members who created their unique world together. There are lots of people out there captivated by that.

So I don't think you need to actively work on solo projects, but it might be good to give it a try if you ever get the chance.

That's a good point. We were apprehensive at first about the three-member units and doing duos and trios because they were different from our normal nine-member group as well.

If we plan to continue school idol activities, I'm sure experiencing different types of live shows will have its benefits.

That's right! I might be able to see a different point of view by performing a solo live show. I want to put that new experience to use for our future group activities!
