How to redeem CD/BD/etc serial codes and get reward items in SIFAS.

• A SIFAS JP account. Serial Code Accessories are not available on GL.
• A valid SIFAS serial code.

1. Go to the Serial Code redemption page.
2. Find the campaign you want to redeem the serial code for. They're ordered chronologically, so if you have a serial code from a recent release, it should be fairly high up. It's easiest to compare the label on the CD/BD with the text on the links. Alternatively, copypasting the site into a translator might point you in the right direction.
3. The next page is the Terms and Conditions of serial code redemption. At the bottom of the text, you can find a listing of the items you'll receive. Compare these to the items printed on the paper with the serial code to make sure you got the right campaign. Click the pink button to continue.
4. Enter your 16-character serial code in the top input field, without the hyphens. Below that, enter your Friend ID. Then hit the pink button to continue.
5. If entered correctly, the next screen will list your serial code and player ID, plus your current account name for confirmation. Make sure the name shown is the one of your account, then hit the pink button to confirm redemption.
6. Make sure to restart the app if you had it open when redeeming the serial code. The site says serial code redemptions will be updated whenever you visit the home screen, so the items might already be waiting for you in your present box when you login into the app. However, from experience, they will always show up the second time you visit the home screen after the restart, so give that a try.
