The Guest is Party Setsuna. On the first SP use on note 31, her LSALSA: Short for "Live Show Ability". The second Ability of a Card. does not proc. If Guest cooldown would apply on non-successful procs, there would now be a cooldown until note 61, but the SP use on note 39 does proc Party Setsuna's LSA.
